On timeless beauty and goal hitting habits

One, be your body's greatest ally. Do not rob it of what it needs the most; drink some water, spray some mist, then you can take the world by storm.

Two, one of the greatest epiphanies of the human condition is our ability to bring ideas to life. Don't be an exception. Pick up your pen, sign up, whatever it is, just start.

Three, you can never go wrong with an early morning and late night face wash.


Four, the relevance of your goals isn't hinged on its complexity, but its clarity.


Five, apply your skincare slowly. A little mindful facial massage can stimulate blood flow and relieve tension.

Six, a friend of mine always said, “Done is better than perfect”.  And just like that, we beat every deadline.


Seven, know your why. Motivations fade away quickly. Knowing the meaning behind your actions can sustain you through the toughest hurdles.

Eight, staying in a position for too long isn't beneficial, a few laps will do you much good. I mean it, try running in our active wear and see.

Nine, your achievements are on the other side of the systems you create and stay committed to.


Ten, if you don't rest when you should, your body will do so without your permission.

Eleven, for every time you fall flat, get up. That's the big secret to consistency. 


Twelve, repetitive daily routines do not strip each day of its individuality.
